Target plastic toy storage bins with shelf?
I bought this today with pastel colored bins and a wooden bookshelf type thing for the bins. These are pretty popular. Well I get home and discover that there are no directions or hardware to put it together. I realized that the package had been opened previously. I was mad. Anyway, I was wondering if any has ever put one of these things together-is it hard? AND do you think Target would give me anything for my trouble of having to drive back and exchange this one?

The one I put together was easy. Put the long rods in the indentations in the side and screw them in. That’s all it takes:)
~yeah, they will give you something for driving back ….an even exchange. they dont care about inconvenience, its a buyer beware world out there!~ bummer
Stuff happens. If you want, you could make a scene and ask to speak to a manager about it. They may just give in and give you a gift card fort inconveniencing you. It may not have been their fault though…it could’ve happened in shipment.
Target will discount damaged merchandise or merchandise with missing pieces. I have asked them to do it in the past. I would call and ask to speak with a manager tomorrow and find out what they will do. You never know what they might offer for the inconvenience.
