Is it okay to keep African Dwarf Frogs in those plastic storage bins?
I read that it was okay if i cleaned it out REALLY well (to hold fish) on another question thing on yahoo. Can I really? and if I can how shuold I clean out the bin?

you should not take all the water out of a tank
No. They need proper filtration. Rubbermaid storage bins are useful for keeping a fish in there temporarily, but not to live in it. If you need to clean it do not, i repeat, do not use soap. Just rinse it out real good with warm water and a scrub. good luck
