How do you decoupage over a plastic underbed storage container?
I am trying to decoupage a plastic underbed stoarge container and am using a spray adheasive designed for rubber and vinyl to establish a base coat, it is sticking however it is not sticking as securely as I had hopped.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would scuff up the plastic with some sandpaper first. The spray adhesive may be ok for sticking the paper down initially but make sure you coat it with mod-podge or another decoupage medium afterwards.
