the product is exc, but my order doesn’t arrived complete, I’d ordered 2 items, but only got 1, and was charged for the 2, plus shipping and taxes for the 2.

I love this. I saw it on Rachael Ray. I don’t have one yet but I wish I did. I only wish two things. That it came in 2 sizes 24 and 48 and that it was cheaper. I always make either 2 dozen or 4 dozen cupcakes. The price is still cheaper than the big bulky wilton that only holds 12. It would cost about $60+ for 3 wilton cupcake holders to hold this many cupcakes and they always tumble over. Very inconvenient and not practical to have 3 huge and bulky separate containers. The cupcakes seem more secure in this one. Just wish there was one for mini cupcakes!

I purchased this item for a cupcake baking friend of mine as a Christmas gift, through Amazon. It appeared to be a great product, but due to improper packaging in the shipping department, it arrived damaged. I was shocked at their carelessness. I returned it without a hitch and purchased another item locally, so I could carry the product home myself.

I gave this product as a gift to a friend and she called me to let me know that it was cracked all along the bottom. Its sad when you have something damaged before you even receive it, but more so its embarassing when you give it as a gift.

super cute, super pink, super sturdy. havent used it yet, but, it sure holds alot of cupcakes. i do wish tho, that there were flat inserts to carry other items as well… .but i guess i can do w/ just a piece of cardboard
